Hourly rates

Two rates. The only difference is whether the work is for a business or for you personally.

• Private individuals: $49/hr. For example, a Plex box at home.
• Any business, including small business: $149/hr.

How I work

1. Intake captures the customer's existing procedures first; root access is required for system updates.
2. Nothing is deployed without the customer testing it, or observing it working in their test environment. The customer physically gates every deployment of anything Starhold builds.
3. Liability stays with the customer by written agreement; Starhold is not liable for customer-gated deployments.
4. No databases. Starhold does not touch *SQL or represent DBA skills. Scope is systems and applications only; database work is referred out.
5. SLA: best-effort, business days; no 24/7.
