Disputes. If a charge looks wrong, contact us first at hello@starhold.dev — we resolve billing disputes within 5 business days, almost always faster than a card dispute. You always retain your card-network chargeback rights.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime via your account or by emailing hello@starhold.dev; service continues to the end of the paid period, then stops. No cancellation fees.
